The firm’s labor practice has also expanded to include white collar crime elements.  We have been engaged on several occasions by the foreign headquarters of multinational companies to pursue actions and protect company interests against rogue employees, as well as conduct investigations as to potential breaches of applicable anti-bribery legislation.

The firm advises a large number of clients on routine employment matters, such as reviewing and revising standard labor agreements, internal labor regulations, compliance with labor code matters and health and safety requirements, etc.

Assisting Aversa Manufacturing, part of the Benevo Group, with all labor matters following the acquisition of Aversa factory, which included: employees transfer, drafting the internal regulation, drafting and negotiation of collective labor agreement;

Assisted RWE Energie, a global leading energy trader, with respect to a complex transfer of an undertaking, including employees transfer, employment contracts, and various labor matters;

Assisted Energyquote, global leading consulting company in energy market, with respect to a complex business transfer, including employees transfer;

Successfully represented Nestlé Romania in various labor litigations, including employees dismissal litigation;

Ongoing Advice to Intrarom, a major ITC vendor on the Romanian market, part of Intracom Group of Companies - the largest Greek new technologies company, on dismissal litigations, termination of employment matters and overall review on all employment documents;

Ongoing advice to Eurial Invest, Peugeot dealer in Romania, on various employment matters such as dismissal on redundancy grounds and overall review of all employment documents;

Ongoing advice to OTP Bank, on various employment matters, with respect to a complex merger in the banking sector, including employees transfer;

 Legal advice to Mehler Texnologies, a Germany-based international leader on the coated fabrics market, on individual employment and internal compliance audits;

Assisted News Outdoor Romania with offshore (Cyprus) and onshore (Romania) management and mandate agreements for executive employees/management team;

Assisted Appnor MSP, the main Romania-based Google Apps partner and leading Romanian online managed services provider, regarding employment agreements and other employment matters;

Ongoing assistance to Publicis Groupe on employment related matters with respect to all of its Romanian investments, including the secondment of expat employees to Romania and the optimization of said employees’ remuneration structure.
