Land acquisition mandates are a keystone of Biriş Goran SPARL’s practice. Raluca Năstase advised Predeal Investiții on the purchase of 50,000sqm of land in the north of Bucharest from a company undergoing insolvency. Other clients include Rossmann and Universal Property.

EU and competition - ranked: tier 2
