Adriana joined BirișGoran in 2023 as an associate and is focusing on corporate matters. Her previous experience encompasses general support to the real estate and corporate practices, including legal research, reviewing and drafting agreements and other various corporate and real estate documentation, as well as performing due diligence projects and preparing memoranda related to various matters.

Before joining BirișGoran, Adriana was a junior associate with another major International law firm where she gained experience in various corporate and real estate matters.

Adriana graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Bucharest in 2021 and successfully entered the Bucharest Bar as stagiaire the same year.
