Florin Radu is a Junior Associate in the Corporate / M&A department, having joined BirișGoran in 2026.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Craiova in 2025 and was admitted to the Bucharest Bar the same year. Prior to joining BirișGoran, he worked as a Junior Associate at an international law firm, where he gained experience in corporate law, employment law, and other legal matters.

He is the author of two articles on corporate law published in Revista de Științe Juridice, a legal journal published by Universul Juridic.

In his free time, Florin enjoys cooking, hiking, and listening to music.
