Adelina joined Biriș Goran in 2025 as an Associate in the Corporate/M&A department.

Prior to joining the firm, she worked as an associate at a Romanian law firm starting in 2019, where she advised clients — primarily in the retail and construction sectors — on corporate and commercial matters. Her experience includes company incorporations, corporate reorganizations, share transfers, and due diligence for M&A and real estate transactions. She also drafted and negotiated a wide range of commercial contracts and supported clients in contract negotiations and compliance matters.

Outside the office, Adelina enjoys travelling, reading, and attending theatre performances.
