Dragoș is an Associate in the Litigation Department at BirișGoran, having joined the firm in 2026.

Prior to joining BirișGoran, he worked for two years as a Junior Associate at a local law firm, where he gained broad experience across multiple areas of law.

His practice includes dispute resolution in matters related to enforcement proceedings, property rights, tort and contractual liability, as well as administrative law.

Dragoș has also been involved in filing claims in insolvency proceedings, assisting clients in criminal matters, and providing legal advice on contractual issues. In addition, Dragoș has advised companies, associations, and foundations on incorporation procedures and corporate documentation updates.

Dragoș graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest, in 2022. He holds an LL.M. in Judicial Career (2023) and is currently pursuing a second Master’s degree in Tax Law.

• Provided assistance in insurance claim litigation;
• Assisted clients in criminal proceedings regarding financial crimes;
• Provided contractual advice to various clients, including a major international publication and a large parking system developer.
