Iuliana joined BirișGoran in August 2021 as an associate and is currently focusing on real estate matters. Since then, she has been involved in drafting contracts and documents related to a number of real estate transactions, and performs due diligence reports, mainly for residential developments.

Iuliana graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Babeș Bolyai University and successfully entered the Bucharest Bar as stagiaire in 2016. In November 2018 she became a fully qualified lawyer.

Since 2016, Iuliana worked as an associate with another Romanian law firm, where she was involved in various corporate and commercial matters for local developers, as well as public acquisitions matters and fiscal disputes.

Outside the office, Iuliana enjoys playing chess, tennis and outdoor activities.
