Radu joined Biriș Goran in May 2015 and, as a Senior Associate, is involved in handling complex disputes, providing assistance and representation before courts in sensitive matters with significant impact for clients.

His recent experience includes representing clients in disputes against the Romanian tax authorities, where he has contributed to shaping effective defense strategies tailored to the specifics of each case and to an ever-evolving regulatory framework. His approach is rigorous and well-structured, focused on identifying the most suitable legal solutions in complex contexts.

Radu also has a sustained interest in business crime matters, having participated in numerous seminars and professional training programs in this field, which enables him to approach cases with criminal law implications from an informed and interdisciplinary perspective.

Prior to joining Biriș Goran, Radu was part of the RTPR Allen & Overy team, where he worked initially as a legal assistant and later as a junior associate, gaining a solid foundation in advisory work and commercial litigation. This experience contributes to his thorough understanding of clients’ needs and to his integrated approach to the matters he handles.
