Roxana joined BirișGoran in February 2015. As an associate, she has experience in civil litigation and tax matters, having pleaded in all levels of court. She has also provided legal assistance to creditors within insolvency proceedings, and she acted, on behalf of creditors and debtors, during forced execution proceedings.

In 2016, Roxana obtained her master’s degree from the University of Bucharest with a focus on public procurement, concessions and PPP. Roxana graduated among the top three in her class from the Faculty of Law at the Babeş Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca, in 2014.

Outside the office, Roxana enjoys travelling to new destinations to explore new cultures and their gastronomy.

Roxana passed the final bar examination in 2017, with the third national average grade.
