Simina joined BirișGoran in 2024 as an Associate, and currently focuses on real estate matters.

Before joining BirișGoran, Simina worked as a legal consultant at BCR – member of ERSTE Group, where she contributed to the development of banking products and supported contract negotiations. She handled bilateral transactions and syndicated loans, participating in deals involving project finance and various real estate projects, including office buildings, shopping centers, and public-private partnerships. Simina also has experience in real estate, employment, personal injury litigation, and business consulting.

Simina has a particular interest in the evolution of the legal field in the digital age, mainly how various industries adapt to technological advancements. Being also interested in how the IT sector is addressing the demands for digital transformation in banking, real estate, transportation, and public services, she has actively contributed to the implementation of business contract automation software.
