Tania Nour rejoined BirișGoran as a Senior Associate, focusing on real estate and commercial matters. She has experience advising clients on real estate transactions, urban planning and commercial law, gained within both an international law firm and a leading local practice.

Her work covers complex real estate due diligence and transactions, including residential, retail, logistics, industrial, office and agricultural land assets, as well as renewable energy projects.

Tania is a graduate of the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest (2019) and a member of the Bucharest Bar. She previously worked with BirișGoran as a Junior Associate before rejoining the firm.

Outside the office, Tania enjoys travelling, reading and is passionate about different sports.

Recent experience includes advising on landmark real estate and M&A transactions, such as:

• assisting in the €1.3 billion acquisition of one of Romania’s largest food retail companies;
• advising on the €219 million acquisition of 25 retail parks;
• supporting major Romanian and international real estate and energy investors in acquisitions of office, retail, logistics and renewable energy projects.
