WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
If you’re early in your legal career and passionate about employment law, we want to hear from you!
Here’s what we’re after:
• Member of the Bucharest Bar or any Romanian Bar Association;
• 1–4 years of professional experience;
• A team player with a positive, proactive, can-do attitude;
• Able to balance creative thinking with a strong sense of structure;
• Prior experience in employment law, corporate & regulatory matters;
• Solid understanding of civil and procedural law;
• Basic knowledge of data protection is a plus;
• Fluent in English – both written and spoken;
• Excellent legal reasoning, research & writing skills.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
You’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative team and work closely with senior lawyers on exciting and diverse projects, including:
• Legal research on case law & doctrine;
• Drafting and reviewing various legal documents (contracts, policies, memos, opinions, summons, defenses, etc);
• Supporting on disciplinary procedures, collective negotiations & grievance cases;
• Employment law due diligence;
• Occasional court hearing attendance.
