Tax Alert – Establishing the goods with high tax risk transported by road that are monitored through the RO e-Transport System
On the 3rd of May 2022, the Order no. 802/2022 on establishing the goods with high tax risk transported by road that are monitored through the RO e-Transport System was published in the Official Gazette no. 430.
Thus, the following types of goods are subject to the reporting obligation through the RO e-Transport system:
- Vegetables, fruits, plants, roots and tubers;
- Drinks, alcohol liquids and vinegar;
- Salt, sulfur, soil and stones, plaster, lime and cement;
- Clothing, footwear and clothing accessories;
- Cast iron, iron and steel.

În data de 3 mai 2022, a fost publicat, în Monitorul Oficial nr. 430, Ordinul președintelui ANAF nr. 802/2022 privind stabilirea bunurilor cu risc fiscal ridicat transportate rutier care fac obiectul monitorizării prin Sistemul RO e-Transport.
Astfel, următoarele tipuri de bunuri se află sub incidența obligației de raportare prin sistemul RO e-Transport:
- Legume, fructe plante, rădăcini și tuberculi;
- Băuturi, lichide alcoolice și oțet;
- Sare, sulf, pământuri și pietre, ipsos, var și ciment;
- Îmbrăcăminte, încălțăminte și accesorii de îmbrăcăminte;
- Fontă, fier și oțel.
